How do I connect to XyraNet?
After purchase or trial activation, your account shows a personal subscription link. Add it to a compatible client such as Happ.
Which devices are supported?
Supported platforms include iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, Apple TV, and other compatible clients.
What is the difference between Lite and Premium?
Lite and Premium include unlimited traffic and differ by simultaneous connection limits. Each subscription also includes a monthly LTE quota of Lite 5 GB / Premium 10 GB per month, and extra LTE traffic can be purchased separately for the selected subscription.
What should I do if I cannot connect?
Try updating the client, choosing another server, and reconnecting. If the issue persists, contact support.
